The co-exhibitors’ lease options (sq.m.) will vary depending upon the
actual stand size and stand dimensions. The exact size of
co-exhibitors’ spaces will be defined once we receive the floor plan
with final stand size and dimensions from the fair organizers. CNTB
will of course try to take into account all of the co-exhibitors’
requests and comply to their needs if possible.
The final price for co-exhibiting will refer to the actual size of
co-exhibitors’ space shown on the final draft of the stand plan. The
price will include the cost of leasing the space and the cost of stand
construction. The co-exhibitor hereby commits to settle the costs of
the stand construction that are separate costs from leasing the stand
space.
