THE CROATIAN TOURIST BOARD, as the holder of intellectual property copyright of photographs published here, permits journalist to publish the same for the purpose of promotion of Croatia under the condition that along with the published photograph shall be listed the author of the photograph (holder of moral copyright) and shall cite the CROATIAN TOURIST BOARD as the source of the photograph.

The use of the photographs published here by other persons or journalists for a purpose other than promotion of Croatia, without the explicit approval of the CROATIAN TOURIST BOARD, shall represent a violation of copyright. Any publication of photographs by a journalist for the purpose of promotion of Croatia without citing the author of the photograph and its sources shall also be considered a violation of copyright.
